A: To book a party, please fill out the Online Party Booking Form, call us or swing by the studio! Once we have confirmed your party date and time, a deposit of $150 + HST is required one week prior to your party date to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the party and will be delivered to you during the party, this invoice will include any extra attendee fees (any attendee over 14 is charged an extra $25 per person with our max capacity at 18). We are able to book up to 90 days in advance and recommend at least 6 weeks notice.
Once you pay your deposit, you will receive a contract that will confirm your payment as well as the details of your birthday party. Once your date has been confirmed, cancellations will not be permitted without forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of illness, please let us know as soon as possible (minimum of 7 business days) and we will not put through the remainder of the balance. The deposit is nonrefundable even in the event of illness, as Front & Centre has already lost the possibility of a party booking.
A: All contracted guests and their families may take photos and video during parties. However, we ask that you not post photos or videos of the princesses prior to obtaining written consent from said performer, as well as Front & Centre. We reserve the right to ask clients to remove material from social media at any time.
A: Clients are permitted, but not required, to bring decorations. Our birthday room is already beautifully designed. Confetti and taped decorations are prohibited within the party room.
If you want food or cake at the party we recommend that you bring it yourself or arrange for delivery. Note that we are a peanut free facility. Ice cream cake is not permitted. If you decide to order delivery food from an outside company, please advise out staff as you arrive so that they may assist. We provide plates, napkins and cutlery we ask that you bring: water for guests, a lighter, a cake knife and a box to help assist carrying out presents after the party has finished.
A: Please begin your clean up 15 minutes prior to your departure time so the next guests can set up for their booking.
A: Parties include 14 kids (with a maximum capacity of 18) and 15 adults (with a maximum of 20). Any attendee over the initial 14, will be charged an $25 per extra person. Siblings under the age of 2 will not be charged. Front & Centre reserves the right to limit the occupancy of its party room to ensure the safety of its patrons and in order to abide by the City of Toronto’s building code regulations.
A: Front & Centre welcomes attendees of any gender to birthday parties. We aim to foster an inclusive environment in all of our rooms and studios.
A: Our party room requires that all guests (children and parents) wear indoor shoes. If guests arrive with no appropriate shoes Front & Centre requires that they wear socks. We will provide flip flops for attendees to wear while in the birthday party facility. We ask that all attendees wear tight fitted t-shirts/tanks and leggings or shorts.
